客服工程师负责根据公司标准维护客户的弱电系统,提升客户的满意度
The Service Engineer is responsible for ELV system service and maintenance according to Convergint’s standards to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
主要职责 Responsibilities:
- 解决本区域内客户的弱电系统的运行及使用问题,包括安防,音视频和综合布线。
- 提供支持和维护服务,如日常预防性维护、故障排除、系统升级/扩容/改造和系统培训。
- 严格按照公司的标准和政策,确保 Convergint 服务的质量,对指定区域内的所有服务要求提供及时有效的响应。
- 用 AutoCAD 绘制系统图。
- 提高客户满意度,维护与客户的长期关系。
- Quickly and efficiently solve clients’ ELV system issues, including security systems, audio-visual (AV) systems, and cabling
- Provide support and maintenance services such as routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades/expansions/alterations, and systems training
- Ensure the quality of Convergint services by strictly following company standards and policies to deliver a prompt and efficient response to all service requests in the region
- Produce system diagrams by AutoCAD
- Increase customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with clients
岗位要求 Requirements:
- 电子、自动化、机电一体化或计算机等相关专业大专以上学历。
- 有ELV系统工作经验,熟悉门禁、闭路电视、报警系统、AV系统和布线系统者优先考虑。具备基本的IT硬件、网络和数据库知识。
- 能够承受工作压力。
- 较强的分析能力和解决问题的能力。
- 较强的自学能力,能独立工作。
- 客户导向。
- 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力。
- Minimum Diploma or above in Electronic, Computer, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in ELV systems with knowledge of access control, video surveillance, alarm systems, AV systems, and cabling is considered a plus; basic IT knowledge in hardware, networks, and databases
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Strong self-learning ability and able to work independently
- Customer-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
