岗位描述 General Description:
项目经理根据公司标准进行完成安防系统，综合布线、机房工程、音视频系统设备的安装，调试；确保良好的工程项目质量；保持高水平的客户满意度。
The Project Manager is responsible for managing security equipment, cabling, audio-visual system installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming according to Convergint’s standards. In addition, Project managers must ensure excellent quality in project delivery, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
主要职责 Main Responsibilities:
- 根据公司政策、公司标准管理项目，达到客户满意度。
- 项目准备-项目安排、预算审查、销售订单、启动会议。
- 现场会议和协调，准备和分发会议记录，与客户协调。
- 内部移交和移交给客户。
- 项目团队管理以及管理分包商。
- 管理项目文件。
- Manage projects according to the company’s policies and standards to meet client satisfaction.
- Project preparation – project scheduling, budget review, sales order, kick-off meeting.
- Site meetings and coordination, preparation and distribution of meeting minutes, and coordination with the client.
- Internal Hand Over and Hand Over to the client.
- Project team management and manage subcontractors.
- Manage documentation.
其他职责 Other Responsibilities:
- 根据公司标准进行完成安防系统，综合布线、机房工程、音视频系统设备的安装，调试。
- 协助销售和其他部门并向其提供技术支持。
- 进行现场客户培训。
- 系统深化使用AutoCAD绘图。
- 精通综合布线、安防系统，机房工程、音视频系统。
- Conduct security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming in accordance with Convergint’s policies and standards.
- Assist and provide technical support to sales and other departments.
- Conduct on-site client training.
- In-depth system design, and develop drawings using AutoCAD.
- Maintain high level of knowledge in Security equipment, cabling, and audio-visual system.
岗位要求 Requirements:
- 电子、计算机、自动化或机械工程本科以上学历。
- 至少3年以上弱电（机房工程、综合布线、音视频等）项目管理经验；对弱电系统相关产品熟识。
- 与项目/项目管理相关的出色组织能力。
- 广泛的网络和弱电行业专业知识。
- 精通Microsoft Office产品，包括Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Visio、Project。
- 出色的书面和口头沟通技能，具备向组织的多个级别进行实现和演示的能力。
- 具备硬件、网络和数据库方面的基本IT知识。
- 擅长安防系统，综合布线，机房工程，音视频系统安装和调试，可安装调试主流产品的不间断电源及供配电系统。
- 必须愿意在现场工作。
- 有项目管理经验者优先。
- 具备Lenel、GE、思科、S2系统、华为交换机、路由器配置以及音视频主流产品配置方面的经验优先。
- 良好的沟通和协调能力。
- 服务导向。
- 学习能力强。
- 一级、二级建造师优先。
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic, Computer, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience in security, cabling, audio-visual systems, electronic or small electronic project implementation, and commissioning; Familiar with ELV-related products.
- Excellent organisational skills related to Program/Project Management.
- Broad industry and market knowledge of network and low-voltage building systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations to multiple levels of an organisation.
- Basic IT knowledge in hardware, networks, and databases.
- Good at the installation and commission of security, cabling, and audio-visual systems. Skilled in the installation and commission of mainstream UPS and power supply and distribution systems is an advantage.
- Willing to work on-site.
- Candidates with project management experience have an advantage.
- Experience with Lenel, GE, Cisco, S2 systems, Cisco, Huawei switch, router configuration, and audio-visual mainstream manufacturers related product configuration is preferable.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
