岗位描述 General Description:
项目工程师按照公司标准完成安防系统，综合布线、机房工程、音视频系统设备的安装，调试；确保良好的工程项目质量；保持高水平的客户满意度。
The Project Engineer is responsible for security equipment, cabling, and audio-visual (AV) system installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming according to Convergint’s standards to ensure excellent project quality and a high level of customer satisfaction.
主要职责 Responsibilities:
- 根据公司标准进行安防系统，综合布线、机房工程、音视频系统设备的安装，调试。
- 参与项目管理。
- 协助销售和其他部门并向其提供技术支持。
- 系统故障排除和解决问题。
- 现场客户培训。
- 系统深化设计，绘制AutoCAD图。
- 精通综合布线、安防系统，机房工程、音视频系统。
- Conduct security equipment, cabling, and AV system installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming according to Convergint’s standards
- Participate in project management
- Assist and provide technical support to sales and other departments
- Carry out system troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Conduct on-site client training
- Develop system design and drawings using AutoCAD
- Maintain a high level of knowledge in security systems, cabling, and AV systems
岗位要求 Requirements:
- 电子、计算机、自动化或机械工程学士学位或以上。
- 三年以上弱电（安防系统，机房工程、综合布线、音视频等）项目管理经验，熟悉弱电相关产品知识。
- 具备硬件、网络和数据库方面的基本IT知识。
- 擅长安防系统，综合布线，机房工程，音视频系统安装和调试，可安装调试主流产品的不间断电源及供配电系统。
- 愿意在现场工作。
- 有项目管理经验者优先。
- 具备Lenel、思科、S2系统、华为交换机、路由器配置以及音视频主流产品配置方面的经验优先。
- 良好的沟通和协调能力。
- 服务导向。
- 学习能力强。
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic, Computer, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years work experience in security, cabling, AV, and/or electronic system project implementation and commissioning; familiar with ELV-related products
- Basic IT knowledge in security hardware, networks, and databases
- Good at the installation and commission of security, cabling, and AV systems. Skilled in the installation and commission of mainstream UPS and power supply and distribution systems is an advantage
- Willing to work on-site
- Project management experience is an advantage.
- Experience with Lenel, S2 systems, Cisco, Huawei switch, router configuration, and audio-visual mainstream manufacturers-related product configuration is preferred
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
